As you will see there are ten [10] highlighted items that must be included on a SoA for it to be deemed compliant and therefore recognised as nationally accredited training.

1. RTO name, code and logo

2. Statement or Certificate title

3. Statement or Certificate mandated statement

4. Participant/Students full name

5. Unit of Competency Code

6. Unit of Competency Title/Name

7. Completion Date [successfully]

8. RTO’s authorised person’s name/signature

9. NRT [nationally recognised training] logo

10. Issue of Statement/Certificate date [which may be different to completion date]
